GLC Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Muskego, WI.
Pay & Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $38
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday
- Flexible PRN shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health, document changes, and update care plans
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and state regulations
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
- BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption, if applicable
