What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at GLC Group?
We are currently working with a high growth Real Estate firm that is aggressively growing and has a lot of projects currently slated. They are looking for top notch, motivated Property Accountant to join their team.
- Preparation of financial statement and financial report for multiple investments
- Developing operations reports, such as month cash forecasting, budget and actual
- Provide reporting as need for external auditors for quarterly review and year-end audit as directed by the controller
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Payables
- Manage Fixed Asset Schedules
- Prepare financial reports for investors and executives
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related fields
- 2-4 Years of accounting experience
- GAAP Experience
