Job Description:
This position plays a key role in daily operations by delivering reliable, detail-driven office service support wherever needed. If you take initiative, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in being the person everyone can depend on, this role is designed for you.
Essential Functions:
- Operate and maintain essential office equipment (copy, bind, fax, mail, switchboard)
- Complete service requests with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Perform quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations
- Keep workstations and equipment stocked, clean, and ready for use
- Support mail processing, project deliveries, and interoffice courier runs
- Track and document activity with precision to maintain service visibility
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel between sites with schedule flexibility
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in task execution
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical activity throughout the day
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7-hour shift; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
