Donut Icer / Bakery Assistant
Glazed N Raised is looking for a reliable night-shift team member to help prepare/decorate donuts, support nightly bakery production, and handle other closing and production tasks.
This position is a good fit for someone who can work independently, move at a steady pace, follow directions, and take pride in keeping the bakery clean and organized.
Position Details
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
Responsibilities
Ice and finish donuts according to shop standards
Prepare/decorate donuts and other bakery items as needed
Assist the baker with dough prep and other production tasks
Wash dishes and keep work areas clean
Take out trash and help with general cleaning
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
Complete miscellaneous bakery tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Must be dependable and able to show up on time
Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., carry, clean, and complete physical bakery tasks
Bakery, kitchen, or food service experience is helpful, but not required
Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
About the Role
This is a hands-on bakery position. The work includes icing donuts, helping with production, cleaning, dishes, trash, and assisting the baker wherever needed. We’re looking for someone who understands that a small bakery requires teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
