Glaze Donuts is looking for a friendly, reliable, and upbeat Glazer to join our store team. In this role, you’ll focus on providing excellent customer service, keeping the store organized, and helping our customers have a great experience.

You’ll be the face of Glaze Donuts—greeting customers, taking orders, serving donuts and coffee or other beverages, and keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting. Hours / Schedule

• Full-time: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Part-time: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours vary depending on the schedule)
• Shift schedules are posted in advance and may vary day to day
• Weekend and occasional holiday work required

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming experience
• Serve donuts and prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately using our POS system (TOAST)
• Answer questions about menu items, flavors, and drink options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including counters, displays, and seating areas
• Follow daily staff checklists to ensure consistent store operations and cleanliness
• Promote menu items and upsell donuts, coffee, and drink specials in a friendly, natural way
• Restock donuts, cups, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift
• Assist team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Open the store as early as 6:00 AM when scheduled

Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow checklists and store procedures consistently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and varying shifts
• Enjoys working with a team in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive interactions with patrons
• Previous barista or coffee experience is highly desirable
• Experience in food preparation and food service operations is beneficial
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.92 - $18.00 per hour
