Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and assisting customers in a quick service setting.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Preparing and decorating donuts in an elevated manor as well as bagels and pastries.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry or quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is an asset.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with decorating cakes, cookies and donuts.
