Wage: Starting at $14.00 Depending on Experience - 90 Day Evaluation & Pay Rate Change

Summary
Glaz-Tech is looking for IG and FAB at our Santa Teresa, NM location. We are seeking responsible, adaptable and self-driven individuals looking to grow with us in the manufacturing industry. The Glass Catcher (End of Furnace) and Glass Thrower will use a variety of tools, machinery, and protective gear to ensure product is produced safely and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities may include:
- Use of specialized machinery and hand tools
- Organization and production of various glass products
- Assisting multiple departments as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds
- Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day
- Ability to communicate in English
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow as an employee
- Successfully pass pre-employment Drug Screen
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
