Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Architect with 15 years of experience to serve as a Senior Project Manager for K–12 and higher education architectural projects. This position is ideal for a design-focused leader with strong skills in client development, team management, and architectural innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to business development and strategic planning.
• Project Leadership: Lead large architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring contextual relevance, design integrity, and technical accuracy.
• Client Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Design Excellence: Champion design quality across all projects and ensure alignment with firm values.
• Studio Oversight: Assist in leading studio operations, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the firm in public forums and professional organizations.
• Mentorship: Support junior staff through coaching, reviews, and professional development. As well as foster a culture of learning and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 15–20 years of professional experience
• Proven leadership in design, client engagement, and management
• Expertise in complex project delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferred:
Licensed Architect or on track for licensure.
