About the Position
The Glatfelter Agency, a division of Glatfelter Insurance Group, is seeking a Summer Intern to join our team. The summer intern will support the sales team by being involved in the entire sales process, while also supporting our service team as we constantly pursue operating efficiencies. This will include (but not limited to):
- Pipeline development assistance
- End to end sales process support
- Assisting with a combined workflow resources guide
- Pull appetite guides for our strategic partners
- Assist with EPIC data cleanup including adding missing SIC/NAICS codes
- Complete data entry tied to potential TAM to EPIC conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of sophomore year in a sales/marketing or business bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university
- Achievement of a 3.0 or higher-grade point average
- Someone who has the ability to work 30 hours per week at our York office location, starting May 18, 2026 to Aug 7, 2026
- Someone who is looking for a career in Insurance is preferred
