The Role
We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian who values individualized care, teamwork, and continuous learning. You’ll practice high quality medicine alongside a skilled, motivated support staff in a modern, collaborative environment that allows you to truly connect with clients and their pets.
Our ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and open to innovation including AI-assisted tools that streamline documentation, communication, and patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, high quality medical, surgical, and dental care
- Build lasting client relationships through education and empathy
- Collaborate with a cohesive team of experienced technicians and assistants
- Maintain accurate medical records in Cornerstone
- Help implement and adapt AI-based systems that enhance workflow and client communication
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) and valid Connecticut license
- Minimum 1–2 years of small-animal experience preferred
- Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
- Strong commitment to compassion, integrity, and teamwork
- Enthusiasm for innovation and continual growth
