Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Kitchen, Bathrooms and Closets Interior Designer to transform spaces into inspiring, functional environments that reflect our clients’ visions and needs. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using digital design tools such as SketchUp, CAD, and 3D animation software to visualize spaces effectively.
• Create detailed layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections that align with client preferences and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints; present design proposals clearly and confidently.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept through installation.
• Incorporate art direction principles into visual presentations; utilize photography, illustration, and motion graphics to enhance project storytelling.
• Apply knowledge of typography, graphic design, and print advertising to develop branding elements or promotional materials for interior spaces.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital art, fashion design, web design, and production design to infuse innovative ideas into projects.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections; ensure designs are feasible within space constraints and technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed documentation including CAD drawings, layout designs, presentation boards, and technical specifications for construction teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design or related fields such as graphic design or visual arts; a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital design software including SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), Maya (for 3D animation), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of art direction principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of web design languages such as HTML and CSS is a plus; familiarity with motion graphics and digital art enhances creative capabilities.
• Experience with print advertising or production design is beneficial for creating promotional materials or client presentations.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly; ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in technical drawings and visual compositions; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
• Educational background in interior design, architecture, graphic design or related disciplines is highly desirable. Pay: $17.00 - $50.00 per hour
