Role Description
This is a full-time, on the road position in the Evensburg, PA area.
The Sales Account Manager will focus on maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively managing client accounts. Other responsibilities include generating new leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Proven experience with Account Management and managing multiple client portfolios
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation for identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the fuel or energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
