Glassical Designs is hiring a Seasonal Production Team Member to support our production workflow during our busy season. This position runs from now through April 30th. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required—full training is provided.
Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of award production.
Prepare glass and crystal awards for sand-carving.
Mount awards to bases using adhesives.
Clean and inspect completed products for quality.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift.
