The Track and Trace Coordinator will work under the Track & Trace Supervisor. Your priority will be daily communication with internal Cultivation and Propagation teams to ensure that all plant activity occurs in compliance with CA Track and Trace regulations. Responsible for daily Business Central (BC), Metrc and Node data entry. This position will require basic understanding of CDFA regulations related to California Cannabis Track and Trace. Previous cannabis experience, Metric experience, and Excel experience preferred.

- Assist Nursery, Cultivation, and Processing teams in maintaining traceability pre-harvest or post-harvest.
- Daily BC, Metrc and Node data entry pertaining to planting, tagging, harvesting, and transferring of cannabis within farms or for 3rd party sales.
- Maintain internal electronic records of all Track & Trace activity.
- Inventory reconciliation
- Perform all other duties as required by Track & Trace Supervisor
- Use required PPE per OSHA regulations.

- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week.
- Detail oriented and a desire to solve problems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures.
- Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Capable of collecting data daily with greenhouse supervisors and leads inside greenhouses for periods of time.
- Ability to enter, manipulate and process large amounts of data.
