About Us:
We are a small, local specialty waste pickup company committed to keeping clean, recyclable waste out of landfills. We’re growing and looking for someone reliable, upbeat, and ready to take on an independent, hands-on role with a company that values every single team member.
The Job:
You’ll be out on the road handling scheduled pickups—no smelly trash, no passengers, no one breathing down your neck. Just you, your route, and a mission to help reduce waste the right way. Days start at 7:00 AM and typically finish by 3-3:30 PM. We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid regular/standard driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Someone who’s reliable, we truly depend on each person on our small team
- A good attitude and self-motivation, you’ll be working solo most of the time
- Willingness to complete about 2 weeks of paid training before heading out on your own
- Comfortable with early mornings and physical work (loading/unloading bins generally less then 20 pounds)
