Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is the industry leader in high-end structural glass systems, working with top architects, builders, and developers across the country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist who will also support our production, shipping, and sales teams.
This is not a typical front desk role — this is a high-visibility position with real responsibility and a clear path for advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL, freight, paperwork)
- Support the production team with scheduling and job coordination
- Assist the sales team with proposal prep, order tracking, and client follow-ups
- Help manage project files, documentation, and internal communication
- Maintain a polished, professional front office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across multiple departments
- Professional presence and a proactive mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook required)
- Construction, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus
