Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Glazier who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of craftsmanship, accuracy, and customer experience. You'll install and repair a wide range of glass products in both commercial and residential settings, working on everything from custom storefronts to elegant frameless showers to large-scale architectural glass systems.
You'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop new skills, and grow within an organization that invests in its team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and repair glass systems including:
- Commercial storefronts and entry systems
- Glass doors and windows
- Frameless shower enclosures
- Mirrors and decorative glass
- Specialty/custom glazing projects
- Precisely measure, cut, grind, and polish glass
- Handle and transport glass safely using appropriate equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and fellow installers
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and with customers
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of glazing experience required (commercial or residential)
- Strong working knowledge of glass installation techniques and best practices
- Skilled with power tools, hand tools, and specialized glazing equipment
- Ability to lift and maneuver large sheets of glass and materials (up to 75 lbs regularly)
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Experience with custom and specialty glass is highly desirable
