We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and earn business
- Generate automotive and flat glass quotes using Point-of -Sale software
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Confirm customer appointments
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
- Self-Starter
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MSOffice
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance
- Fast learner
- Positive attitude
- Able to work a 40 hour week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and some weekends.
