The Auto Glass Technician is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. In this role you will diagnose auto glass related issues (leaks, window regulators, etc.), perform windshield chip repair, auto glass replacement, and ADAS Calibration. Auto Glass Technicians work between mobile glass, Maumee and Temperance locations.

Our local franchise store is locally owned and operated. The Toledo location was established in 1994 and the current owners took over in January 2021 with combined 40 years experience. We are looking for people that ready to take this location to the next level.
Specific Responsibilities:
Repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
Diagnose window related concerns such as leaking, improper window functioning, etc.
ADAS Calibration
Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicle
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the auto glass industry
Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
Excellent communication skills
