ABOUT US

Glass Doctor Auto of League City is a locally owned, veteran-owned auto glass franchise serving League City, Webster, Dickinson, Texas City, Friendswood, and the surrounding Bay Area communities along the I-45 corridor. We're opening in August 2026 and building our team from the ground up.

We believe auto glass should be done the right way: safe installations, OEM procedures, clean workmanship, strong customer communication, and dealer-level service standards. We also specialize in ADAS calibration, headlight restoration, hydrophobic coating, and windshield wiper replacement.

This is a true ground-floor opportunity. You're not stepping into a large corporate chain where you're just another number. You'll help shape how this business operates from day one. We're building a small, accountable team that takes pride in quality work and treating customers the right way instead of rushing through high-volume jobs.

Top-performing technicians will have opportunities for performance bonuses, pay growth, and future advancement into lead technician roles as the company grows.

Company vehicle, major tools and equipment, uniforms, and calibration systems provided.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Windshield replacements, side glass, rear glass, and chip/crack repairs on all vehicle types

· Hydrophobic coating, windshield wiper replacement, headlight restoration, and windshield calibration

· Shop-based and mobile installations across League City, Clear Lake, Webster, Dickinson, Texas City, Friendswood, and greater Galveston County

· Perform or assist with ADAS camera and sensor calibration post-install

· VIN and NAGS lookup for glass identification and accurate sourcing

· Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, work area, shop, and van

· Represent the brand professionally at customer locations and dealer accounts

· Coordinate daily job schedule with the Shop Coordinator

· Document installs and calibration procedures accurately within company systems

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· 2 years of auto glass installation experience required

· AGRSS-standard installation knowledge preferred

· ADAS calibration experience preferred — training available for the right candidate

· Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record

· Background check required

· Reliable, professional, and customer-facing

· Comfortable working independently in the field as well as in-shop

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Pay

• $25–$32/hr depending on experience
• Pay increases built in 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months based on performance

Performance Bonus, Weekly Job Threshold

• Performance bonuses based on exceeding monthly job thresholds

Retention Bonus

• Retention bonus at 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months

Time Off

• 8 paid holidays per year
• 10 days PTO Year 1 → 15 days Year 2
• Monday–Friday schedule , optional Saturday mobile by mutual agreement

Pay: $24.42 - $29.41 per hour
