Job Summary
Join team as the On-Site Manager for BYU-Idaho approved single student apartment community! We are looking for a dynamic couple or single(over the age of 26) that would be a good fit for this Manager position. The position would come with a on site furnished studio apartment included all rents, utilities, internet and parking. the position would require 4 hours of office and grounds work at $15 per hour paid 2 times per month. We are looking for individuals with great communication and computer/ office experience.
The community is 115 students in 9 buildings comprised of 55% women and 45% men. we are excited to hear back from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
- Oversee lease or rental agreement management, including tenant screening, move-ins, renewals, and lease terminations.
- Ensure compliance with BYU-Idaho approved housing standards and guidlines.
- Handle client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to resolve issues promptly and foster positive relationships.
- Monitor property maintenance and facilities management to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents.
- Resolve conflicts effectively through conflict management skills while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
- Upsell available units or amenities to prospective tenants while maintaining ethical sales practices.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
