Glass Casa Vacations is growing, and we’re looking for detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspectors who take pride in excellence and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team.
In this role, you’ll be the final set of eyes ensuring our vacation homes are spotless, guest-ready, and exceed owner and guest expectations every time.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with our Director of Housekeeping, you will:
- Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections of vacation homes
- Ensure homes meet Glass Casa’s quality and cleanliness standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Assist with inventory tracking, audits, and restocking
- Coordinate with:
- Housekeeping teams to resolve cleaning concerns
- Maintenance teams to address repairs
- Guest Concierge to place specialty or welcome items
- Maintain linen and amenity supplies
- Communicate effectively with contracted cleaning teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or quality control
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable using tablets/computers (provided)
- Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
