Compensation Structure
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- 10% commission on total job price
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid training: $500 per week for the first 4 weeks
High performers can build significant income by consistently generating qualified appointments and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and local prospecting
- Set and confirm inspections with homeowners and commercial clients
- Educate prospects on products and installation services
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style
- Track activity and meet weekly performance metrics
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
KPI Expectations
- Minimum of 10 set inspections per week
- Primary focus: consistent appointment setting and pipeline development
