Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our glass fabrication team. This role involves operating machinery, performing accurate measurements, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will play a key role in producing glass products that meet project specifications and customer expectations.
Manufacturing Team Members safely operate and control various machines and equipment involved in production. This role is responsible for fabricating large glass components used in commercial and residential buildings. Team members must be adaptable and consistently demonstrate adherence to GM C’s four non-negotiables:

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in accordance with specifications and safety standards
- Perform work to produce quality products in alignment with GMC quality requirements
- Meet required quality and production standards within defined tolerances
- Measure finished products using a measuring tape
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Adhere to GMC Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hat, as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive movements, including frequent bending and stooping
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to heat, moisture, and loud noise
- Strong hand-eye coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Ability to read a measuring tape and demonstrate basic math skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as business needs require
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Proven record of dependability, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
