Role Description
We’re Hiring: Area Manager – Seattle, WA (Hybrid Role)
Glass America is looking for a driven and customer-focused Area Manager to join our Seattle team. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering the flexibility of some remote work while staying actively engaged in the field.
As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in growing our regional business, building strong relationships, and ensuring the exceptional customer experience Glass America is known for. You’ll partner closely with leadership to meet regional goals, drive performance, and expand our presence in the market.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations across your assigned territory
- Visit current and prospective accounts daily (12–15 stops per day)
- Drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
- Implement strategies to improve performance and achieve regional objectives
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to support market growth initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with travel throughout the region
