Position Overview
Glasco UV is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution of UV disinfection system projects for municipal and industrial water/wastewater clients. This role is responsible for managing projects from contract award through commissioning, ensuring technical compliance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
This position is suited for candidates with mid-level experience (5 years) or senior-level experience (10 years) in water/wastewater equipment, EPC coordination, or engineered systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple UV system projects from order entry through startup and closeout
- Serve as primary point of contact for consulting engineers, contractors, and owners
- Review and coordinate:
- Shop drawings
- Submittals and RFIs
- FAT/SAT planning and execution
Coordinate internally with:
- Engineering (mechanical, electrical, controls)
- Manufacturing and procurement
- Field service/startup teams
- Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones
Ensure compliance with:
- Contract specifications
- Regulatory requirements (e.g., disinfection performance, validation standards)
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance verification
- Manage change orders and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment systems (UV strongly preferred)
- Mid-Level: 5–10 years relevant experience
- Senior-Level: 10 years, including leadership on complex projects
Strong understanding of:
- Open channel and closed vessel systems
- Pumps, hydraulics, and process equipment
- Electrical/control systems (PLC familiarity a plus)
- Experience with municipal specifications and submittal processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project,MONDAY, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Experience
- UV disinfection systems (Trojan, Wedeco, Glasco, etc.)
- Municipal wastewater in general
- OEM manufacturer

Compensation Range
- Mid-Level: $95,000 – $125,000 base
- Senior-Level: $125,000 – $155,000 base
