LLM Orchestration Frameworks — LangChain, Semantic Kernel

Role Summary

The Sr. Architect will define and document the end-to-end architecture for an Agent Assist solution, design scalable microservices on Node.js, and enable secure, high-performance integrations across real-time and asynchronous services. The role will partner closely with product, business, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and guide engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document the end-to-end architecture for the Agent Assist solution.

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Node.js.

Establish integration patterns for real-time and asynchronous communication between services.

Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to operationalize models from Gemini and Azure OpenAI.

Guide development teams on best practices for Node.js and React.

Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance audits.

Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Contact Center SMEs.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation guidance.
