Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois. This range may not be applicable to other locations. The hourly rate for Illinois based employees for this role is $19.50/hour ($16.50/hour $3.00 shift differential).

Job Summary
The operations associate position is a general labor role that executes production and manufacturing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- High School or GED preferred
Other Experience
- Team player able to work in a participative “fast paced” work environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
- Above average attention to detail.
Physical Demands
- Occasional sitting
- Constant standing and walking
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Lift up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis 6 inches off Ground to Waist
- Lift up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis Waist to Shoulder
- Carry up to 40 lbs on an occasional basis up to 5 ft.
