In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to a Finance team and will gain valuable experience supporting our manufacturing plants or project teams in various areas and have exposure to key finance, quality and production functions. Throughout the summer, you will own a key project relating to a relevant business problem and have the opportunity to present your insights and recommendations to leadership. Outside of this, you will partake in several development workshops and build connections with your peers and our business leaders through social & networking events.
Expected Outcomes
The opportunity will be based in Twin Falls, Idaho and housing will be provided for the duration of the internship. (Must be willing to relocate).
The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The hourly rate for this role is $22-$25/hr.

Expected Outcomes
- Ownership of a project to interact with all COEs, demonstrating analytical abilities and critical thinking skills while helping to solve real-life business problems.
- Knowledge and experience with food science, research and development.
- Strong collaboration within the site leadership teams, cross-functional department teams, and potentially contractors, and vendors.
- Active participation in Pure Ambition program activities.
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
