Position Overview
Our growing medical spa team is looking for an Aesthetic Patient Coordinator to support client consultations and front-desk operations.
In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests visiting the spa. You will introduce aesthetic services, assist clients in understanding treatment options, and recommend services or packages that best align with their goals.
This role is client-facing and sales-focused, where clear communication, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients are essential to delivering a positive spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Present available aesthetic and wellness treatments
- Assist clients during consultation discussions about treatment options
- Recommend appropriate services, packages, and memberships
- Clearly explain pricing, treatment benefits, and expected outcomes
- Assist with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and front desk support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
- Ensure a smooth and positive client journey from arrival through checkout

Work Schedule – 4 Days Per Week
- Sunday (Mandatory)
- 3 Flexible Weekdays (Monday–Friday)

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
