Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, maintaining case files and tracking deadlines, managing client communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing administrative and overall legal support to attorneys. The role also requires clear and professional communication with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
