What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Evening & Night Maintenance Staff position at Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center?
The Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center, Inc. is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Evening & Night Maintenance Staff member to help maintain our building on East Street. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- General cleaning of classrooms, offices, common areas, bathrooms, and program spaces
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors and surfaces
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Lead
- Helping ensure the facility is clean, secure, and ready for the next day's programs
Qualifications:
- Experience in custodial, maintenance, or facilities work preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license preferred
Schedule:
- Part-time evening and night hours
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible schedule based on organizational needs
