At Gladwell Orthodontics in Wake Forest, we will do everything we can to make our patients feel comfortable and at home! Our office offers the latest in orthodontic technology, all designed to provide our patients with the best orthodontic treatment and experience possible. Our team consists of caring, highly trained professionals who are ready to provide exceptional service for each patient.

Responsibilities

As a Front Desk/Barista staff member, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Make patient folders and welcome gifts
• Barista. Make hot and cold beverages at our in office Starbucks. 
• Maintain a clean work space. 
• Daily/weekly espresso machine cleaning. 
• Maintain Starbocks Inventory. 
• File and pull Invisalign boxes for patients scheduled.
• Help unbox and put away inventory shipments. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer Service experience
