Role Summary
The Provider Relations & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral partnerships, increasing external referral volume, and ensuring consistent, professional outreach across all referral networks. This role serves as a key connector between Gladstone and external partners, supporting program growth, brand visibility, and accurate referral tracking through structured outreach and CRM reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provider Relations & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners including physicians, universities, hospitals, and community organizations
- Conduct structured outreach via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence across assigned referral networks
- Ensure referral partners have up-to-date information on services, providers, insurance participation, and appointment availability
Events, Partnerships & Visibility
- Represent Gladstone at local events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
- Serve as a liaison for external media inquiries and partnership contacts
- Support execution of outreach campaigns tied to program launches, capacity updates, and new service offerings
Marketing & Collateral Support
- Assist with the distribution of external newsletters, announcements, and outreach messaging
- Maintain inventory of branded materials
- Ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and professionalism across all outreach materials
CRM, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate outreach activity records in the CRM (Keap)
- Track engagement and referral metrics across platforms, including:
- Valant EHR referral data
- Keap campaigns and reports
- Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc)
- Valant EHR referral data
- Compile and deliver monthly and quarterly outreach and referral performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a related role (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Keap or equivalent preferred)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to travel within the DMV area for outreach visits and events
Salary : $37 - $39
