Gladiator Restoration and Classic Carpet Dyers are seeking a highly motivated, polished, and relationship-driven Commercial Sales Professional to represent both companies throughout the Tampa Bay region. This individual will serve as the face of our brands in the field—building strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer engagement with integrity and professionalism.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is confident, articulate, self-motivated, and comfortable developing relationships with property managers, facility directors, business owners, contractors, and commercial/government decision-makers on a daily basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face relationship building, enjoys creating long-term partnerships, and takes pride in representing companies with excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, and industry professionals
- Conduct regular in-person visits to commercial properties and businesses to introduce and promote company services
- Generate new business opportunities for restoration, AC, flooring, and related services
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development
- Represent Gladiator Restoration and Classic Carpet Dyers with professionalism, confidence, and high standards
- Attend networking events, association meetings, and industry functions as a company representative
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Continuously identify opportunities for company growth and market expansion
- Proven experience in commercial sales, business development, or relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a sales territory
- Ability to confidently engage with executive-level decision-makers
- Experience in restoration, facilities, flooring, construction, or service-based industries is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
