Gladen Construction Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, safety conscious individual to lead a crew in the highway heavy construction sector in Western North Dakota.

Responsibilities and duties Include
- Organization, coordination and management of project site
- Review and follow plans and shop drawings
- Safety on the project site
- Help guide staff in the safe and productive operation of construction equipment and tools
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain all required paperwork including daily detailed note taking
- Open communication with customers and project managers
- Ability to follow NDDOT and ND erosion and sediment control specifications
*ND erosion and sediment control certification provided*
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
