What You'll Do

As a Gladden Longevity physician, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and clinical evaluations.
• Interpret advanced diagnostic testing and identify opportunities to improve health and performance.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies using evidence-based medicine and appropriate emerging therapies.
• Manage complex clinical cases involving cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, cognitive, and other physiological systems.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver a coordinated, exceptional client experience.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies over time.
• Stay current with advances in longevity science, preventive medicine, and precision diagnostics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development of Gladden Longevity's clinical protocols.
• Help shape the future of our medical practice as we continue to grow.

Who We're Looking For

First and foremost, we're looking for an excellent physician and an exceptional human being.

Someone who is clinically strong, intellectually curious, compassionate, collaborative, and genuinely excited about what medicine can become.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or another relevant specialty with substantial comprehensive adult clinical experience.
• Current Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and ability to independently manage complex medical conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to personalized, relationship-based care.
• Willingness to learn new clinical approaches, technologies, and protocols.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Irving, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience in preventive, functional, integrative, lifestyle, concierge, or longevity medicine.
• Training or certification through A4M or similar advanced medical education.
• Experience with hormone optimization, metabolic health, advanced biomarkers, or personalized treatment planning.
• Familiarity with systems biology, regenerative medicine, and emerging longevity therapies.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and data-informed clinical decision-making.
