Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by selling products and services to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs through consultation, and recommend suitable products to meet those needs effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
• Generate actionable insights from customer feedback to aid in product enhancement and service delivery improvement.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
• Report on weekly and monthly sales outcomes and customer interactions by maintaining accurate records and analysis.
• Coordinate with other teams internally to ensure alignment of sales strategies and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues briskly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in sales training and educational programs for continuous personal and professional growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or a strong desire and capability to excel in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and team members.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills that lead to successful agreements and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet challenging sales targets.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of entertaining and informing a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated capability to learn and understand complex product features and technical details.
• Aptitude for using various sales software and technologies for tracking sales and customer details.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and presentations.
