Job Description: Operations Coordinator

Summary

Whether a client is dealing with storm damage or planning an upgrade to their home or commercial property, Glacier Roofing & Exteriors is the trusted partner that brings their vision to life. We are a growing company looking to add top talent to our team, including an Operations Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or home improvement who enjoys delivering high-quality work in a team-based environment rather than operating independently. You will work closely with our Sales, Support, and Operations teams to assist with both residential and commercial reconstruction projects.

The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, oversee multiple projects at a time, and has working knowledge of general construction practices—especially roofing, siding, fascia, soffit, insulation, windows, and interior repairs. Strong communication skills and comfort using technology are essential, as this role relies heavily on our CRM system and Google Workspace tools.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and install projects including roofing, roof repairs, fascia, siding, and insulation

• Assist with exterior repairs such as trim work, gutter and leaf guard issues and other related trades

• Oversee installation and repair projects for skylights, windows, doors, and replacements

• Coordinate and oversee jobs assigned by the Owner/President to ensure timely completion

• Conduct field inspections at the start and completion of each project to address special requests, quality standards, and jobsite cleanup

• Identify and report issues, assist with punch lists and warranty concerns

• Manage trade partners and subcontractor crews vendor onboarding process

• Support Area Managers and Sales Estimators with project-related tasks

• Learn and manage the companies production schedule

• Help manage company vehicles and equipment maintenance needs

What We Look For

• Preferred experience with roofing, siding/soffit/fascia, carpentry, or remodeling

• Strong handyman and carpentry skill set

• Excellent project management abilities, including time management, multitasking, and attention to detail

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools daily
