Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:- Ability To Do The Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT).
- Able to perform common tasks associated with maintenance work including facility maintenance and repair of residential and commercial buildings including carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
- Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation Repair, etc.
- Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic).

Responsibilities:
These temporary summer seasonal positions will perform simple and routine work involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities, requiring the use of a variety of trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, cement work, painting, and other related trades.- Provides routine maintenance on park facilities including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Assist higher graded maintenance employees in the performance of maintenance tasks.
- Safely and effectively, uses hand power tools required for the job and has the ability to maintain these tools properly.
