Production Worker / Machine Operator (Wood Products)
Kalispell, MT | Full-Time | Day Shift
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts) rotating 8-hour Friday

Glacier Millworks is hiring dependable team members to help produce high-quality, artisan wood products used in custom homes across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Operate equipment (sanders, moulders, stain lines, burners, etc.)
- Prep, finish, and package wood products
- Follow job specs and production schedules
- Perform quality checks and label finished materials
- Keep your workspace clean and safe
- Work as part of a team to keep production moving
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working with tools or machinery
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift, stand, and stay active throughout the shift
- Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
