What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf - Outside Services Assistant position at GLACIER MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES LLC?
OVERVIEW:
Working under the supervision of the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional, the Outside Service Staff will focus on providing exceptional customer service to Glacier Club members and guests. Primary functions will include but are not limited to greeting members and guests when they arrive at the club, following club procedures for set up of golf carts and practice range, handling of members golf clubs, and help keep clean and organized storage areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Must be outgoing and customer service oriented
2. Must greet guests promptly using name recognition
3. Works well in a team setting
4. All bags and carts must be cleaned and stored properly following club procedures
5. Must be able to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
2. Previous golf experience is preferred
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. A friendly and energetic personality with a service focus
5. Availability to work flexible shifts
6. Able to meet and maintain physical requirements
7. Must be able to multi-task efficiently within a fast-paced and high stress environmen
