Job Summary
We are looking for an evening Guest Service Attendant to join our team. You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to ensure and maintain a clean environment for our guests, facilitate guest service requests, and perform shuttle requests to and from the airport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting,
- Perform shuttle requests to and from the airport
- Respond to requests with professionalism and patience
- Respond to guest room issues
- Maintain a high level of guest service
- Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
- Work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize many tasks at once
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of service standard
- Ability to troubleshoot and/or problem solve
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
- Drivers license required
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
