- Serve meals to senior residents with a friendly and caring attitude, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and their guests.
- Engage in friendly conversations with residents, building meaningful connections with our senior community.
- Cooperate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or senior living environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for working with senior citizens and providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
