Team Member – Express Exterior Car Wash

Our team members keep the site running smoothly by maintaining equipment, guiding customers, and ensuring a safe, efficient wash process.
Position Overview As a Team Member, you will support daily operations including customer interaction, loading vehicles, prepping, site cleanliness, and basic equipment checks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a reliable team.
Responsibilities
· Greet customers and provide clear, friendly guidance through the wash process
· Safely load vehicles into the tunnel following all standard operating procedures
· Perform light prep work as needed (bug prep, pre‑spray, etc.)
· Maintain a clean, organized site including vacuum areas, lot, and equipment rooms
· Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
· Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends
· Customer‑service mindset and willingness to learn
