Schedule
- Full-time or part-time
- May include nights, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do
- Keep the property clean and welcoming: pick up the lot, empty trash, wipe down vacuums, and handle general tidy-up tasks
- Assist customers at the pay stations and answer questions about wash options and memberships
- Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone
- Guide vehicles safely onto the wash belt
- Operate car wash equipment to clean vehicles efficiently and thoroughly
- Respond to phone calls and basic site inquiries
- Help monitor equipment and report any issues to management
- Support teammates and maintain a positive work environment
- Additional site duties as needed to keep operations smooth and customer-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Previous car wash or customer service experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
