Summary
Work with the Commercial Credit Card Support Team for our Commercial/Small Business Card products, and be accountable for application review, processing and creation of accounts within credit card system and manage the application flow to established SLA's on a daily basis. Additionally, provide customer support to Commercial and Business customers and Division personnel in accordance with our Customer Experience vision. This position resides in the Customer Experience (CX) department, and the person in it must be passionate about the customer experience while influencing the organization to have the same approach. This role will work collaboratively with employees across the organization to drive new customer acquisition and engagement of existing customers.
This is a Corporate position located in Billings, MT. The entry rate for this position is $25.98 /hour (calculated for Billings, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Credit Application Processing - Responsible for reviewing and processing business and commercial credit card applications and increase requests ensuring all information is complete and accurate in compliance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for inputting new business and commercial credit card accounts into our processing system.
- Customer Support - Responsible for providing supplemental technical support and education to business card customers and Division personnel to assist with self-service in the user credit card portal in response to inquiries via phone and email. Responsible for responding to and resolving customer, Division & call center inquiries regarding the business and commercial credit card accounts. Provides friendly, professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Manages incoming customer correspondence, mail, department's support inbox, correspondence from processor and performs the requested maintenance and/or responds to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other credit card or administrative duties as assigned by the Commercial Card Support Supervisor.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
