Project Manager: Websites, Social Media & Digital Projects
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and client experience. This role leads website builds and digital marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch and beyond, while also supporting special projects such as social media campaigns and video content.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with goals. Success in this role comes from balancing timelines, scope, and expectations with clear communication and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, and genuinely enjoys building strong client relationships while helping creative and technical teams do their best work.
What You’ll Do - Website & Digital Project Management
- Manage multiple website builds and digital marketing projects simultaneously
- Own timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across design, development, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain project outlines, schedules, and workflows
- Track scope, identify risks early, and propose solutions before issues escalate
- Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and aligned with defined goals
- Coordinate launch preparation and post-launch follow-ups
Social Media & Video Projects
- Manage social media and video production initiatives as part of broader marketing efforts
- Coordinate content planning, timelines, and approvals for social campaigns
- Help organize video projects including planning, asset collection, and production coordination
- Ensure social and video initiatives align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging
Client Management & Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead client onboarding and kickoff meetings
- Set clear expectations around scope, timelines, roles, and communication
- Provide regular status updates and proactively communicate progress, changes, or wins
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency
Team Coordination
- Coordinate designers, developers, content strategists, SEO specialists, and marketing teams
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams
- Ensure work is reviewed for quality, accuracy, and scope alignment
- Keep projects moving by identifying and removing blockers
- Maintain documentation, approvals, and project records
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of project management experience in a web, digital marketing, or agency environment
- Experience managing website builds and digital marketing initiatives
- Strong client-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media, or digital marketing services
- Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment
