Seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for leading and managing all warehouse and material handling operations within a GMP-regulated injectable manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining strict regulatory and quality standards.
Salary: 80k - 85k (Based on experience)
Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Ensure proper material segregation, labeling, and inventory status control (Approved, Rejected, Quarantine).
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through ERP systems, cycle counts, and regular reconciliation.
- Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure full batch traceability.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, FDA regulations, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inspections, internal audits, deviations, CAPA, and change control activities.
- Coordinate timely material issuance to Production and Quality Control (QC) sampling activities.
- Manage temperature-controlled storage areas, including cold chain materials and monitoring systems.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to EHS and OSHA safety standards and maintain warehouse organization using 5S principles.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement teams to support planning and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate vendor and transportation logistics, including shipment documentation when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, efficiency, and space utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in warehouse/materials management within a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and FDA regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
