We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support a high-volume mail order fulfillment pharmacy. This role focuses on final prescription verification (PV2) to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance before medications are shipped to patients
Pay: $145,000 – $165,000 annually ($70–$80/hour), based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (multiple shifts available)
Available shifts include:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final verification (PV2) of prescriptions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Identify and resolve prescription discrepancies
- Work closely with pharmacy technicians and staff
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Communicate effectively during shift handoffs
Qualifications
- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required
- Active Florida Pharmacist license required
Work Environment
- Fast-paced mail order pharmacy
- Prolonged standing and computer work
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
